The ANDANTE concept is built on three ideas: real vinyl culture, a living-room atmosphere, and a genuinely social space. Small format, shared seating, and close interaction — inspired by Mediterranean café culture where time moves differently. We translate this into every design decision for your location.

Full Cocktail Menu and Pricing System

A considered, classic-led cocktail menu with seasonal updates — built for a small bar to execute consistently and profitably. Includes right-sized pricing aligned with your city and guest expectations. The menu is a core part of the margin model, not an afterthought. Regular updates are included throughout the franchise term.

Snack Programme

A tight, well-chosen food offering built around simple, high-quality snacks and tapas — complementing the drinks without overcomplicating the kitchen. Chef training for up to two weeks is included at launch, covering full implementation of the ANDANTE food concept from day one.

On-Site Team Training and Launch

Professional ANDANTE bartenders work on-site with your team for up to one month — training daily, shaping service standards, and running your opening. All travel and accommodation costs are included. After launch, ANDANTE continues active involvement with on-site visits every 6 to 12 months throughout the full franchise term.

Interior Direction

Guidance on layout, furniture selection, lighting specification, and materials — everything that makes the room feel right for this concept. ANDANTE provides design direction and refresh concepts as part of ongoing support, ensuring the space evolves without losing the atmosphere guests return for.

Curated Vinyl Collection and Music System

A starting collection of 100 vinyl records selected specifically for the ANDANTE listening experience, plus a high-quality record player and speakers suited to small spaces. Music is played with intention — never as background noise. New vinyl selections are included with each ongoing support visit.

Optional Vinyl Retail Integration

A small-scale curated retail element inside the bar — records guests can browse and purchase. A natural extension of the vinyl culture that requires no additional staff or complex operations. This adds a second revenue stream that feels entirely in keeping with the concept rather than commercial.

Marketing Structure and Brand Support

A ready-to-use marketing framework including templates, brand guidelines, and local launch materials. Includes exterior ANDANTE logo light boxes, a starter merchandising pack — T-shirts, stickers, Google Review and Tripadvisor signage — and ongoing brand support as part of the monthly fee. You do not build brand presence from zero.

Operations, POS and Team Structure

Recommendations on POS systems suited to a small hospitality operation, guidance on optimal team size and shift structure, and ongoing feedback from ANDANTE bartenders on staff performance, efficiency, and workflow. The lean team model — typically one to two people per shift — is a core part of the margin structure, and ANDANTE actively helps you maintain it throughout the term.
